WTH, Publishers? What part of NO MORE MONEY do you not get?

Rant mode on. We have one publisher of ebooks with a 13% increase. A journal publisher with a 7% increase. Another journal publisher with individual titles with as much as a 20% increase (promptly cancelled!). THERE IS NO MORE MONEY. THERE IS NO ... MORE ... MONEY... NO MORE MONEY. Sequester? Government science cut backs? [...]
