Misfire!

Another dart, having hit a Cameroonian elephant, has failed to discharge and inject the anesthesia. (Dr. Mike, Desire and the rest of the Elephants of Cameroon team are very disappointed, as this was the best chance at collaring an elephant in over a month of trying.)I recall this happening on at least one other occasion and that it might have happened January 11, 2012.
